Finola Rance
Operations
Finola graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science,
majoring in Geography and Maori in 2014. She then went on to complete a
Diploma in Career Guidance, and has since worked in several roles relating
to employment and the world of work. Finola came up with the idea of
Grab a Grad after experiencing first-hand the difficulties of gaining relevant
work experience after study. Finola loves thinking of new ideas, as well as
swimming, bush walking and good food shared with friends and family.
Harry Winton
Finance
Harry graduated from the University of Otago in 2014 with a Bachelor of
Commerce majoring in Accounting. Since then he has been involved in
numerous small business and start ups and wants to see more opportunities
available to graduates. Harry enjoys playing guitar and spending time with
friends.
Richard Parsonson
Strategy
Richard completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management from
the University of Otago in 2014. He then went on to complete a Graduate
Diploma in Marketing from Victoria University. He is passionate about
people and adding value in the world. Richard grew up in Wellington and
his interests include wine, surfing, art/design and business.
Chris Flaus
Marketing
Chris graduated from the University of Otago in 2014 after successfully
completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in History and a Bachelor of
Commerce majoring in Marketing. Growing up in Wellington and being an
active member of the community, he has always wanted to make a positive
impact. In his spare time you will find Chris working with his computer or
surfing at the local beaches.
